What We Accept (and What We Don’t)

We accept high-quality household furniture and accessories that are:

• Quality furniture in excellent condition (antique, vintage, and contemporary)

• Unique antiques and collectibles

• Home décor and accessories (lamps, mirrors, rugs, accent pieces)

• Artwork and framed prints/paintings

• Statement pieces with character and style

• We especially love seasonal, unusual, and unique pieces—not just the ordinary. We'd love to see what you have!

Please do not bring:

• Moldy, torn, chipped, broken, or incomplete items

• Items with an estimated value under $10

• Clothing, mattresses, bedding, sporting equipment, electronics

• Kitchenware or dining sets  

• Appliances, toys, children’s gear, window treatments, books, baskets

• Yard-sale-type items

The Consignment Process

• Commission: We split the sale 50/50.

• Checks: Payouts are issued once a month, and we ask that you pick up your check in person (it’s a great excuse to shop!).

• Pricing: After signing the agreement, we’ll price your item—often not on the spot. Feel free to suggest a sale price.

• Markdowns:

  • Prices remain firm for the first 30 days.

  • On day 31, we will  reduce the price by at least 10% unless you’ve arranged to pick up your item beforehand.

  • You are responsible for retrieving items you don’t want discounted.

How Long Will My Items Stay?

We will display your items for three months. At the end of that period:

• Unsold items must be picked up.

• We can only hold items for one additional week after expiration.

• After that, items become property of Woodstock Consignment and may be discounted, donated, or discarded.

Please mark your calendar—we do not call at the end of the consignment period.

All consignments are subject to the terms of our regular Consignment Agreement.
